科研簡介: 目前主要從事生物與納米技術交叉領域的應用研究,主持國家自然科學基金(面上)、國家自然科學基金(青年)、福建省自然科學基金(面上)、福州市校(院所)科技合作項目、福建省教育廳中青年教育科研項目及校級科研啟動項目6項,承擔企業橫向課題1項,并參與國家自然科學基金海峽聯合重點基金1項、國家重點研發計劃項目1項。已在包括Anal. Chem.、 Chem. Comm.、J. Agr. Food Chem.、Food Chem.、Food Hydrocolloid.、ACS sensors、Langmuir、Food Chem. X等在內的國際權威學術期刊發表SCI論文30篇(其中一作13篇,通訊作者6篇),獲授權發明專利2項。 |
