科研簡(jiǎn)介：以肝癌生物治療為研究目標(biāo)，利用分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)從事光遺傳學(xué)通路搭建以及溶瘤病毒基因工程改造。已在ACS Synthetic Biology、Small、Journal of Cell Science、Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience等國際刊物發(fā)表多篇SCI論文。參與國家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)，主持省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)，多項(xiàng)市局級(jí)項(xiàng)目。2022年入選福州市高層次人才（D類）。

科研項(xiàng)目：

1. 以肝細(xì)胞癌新生抗原為治療靶點(diǎn)的腺病毒疫苗的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用, 福建省自然科學(xué)基金（面上）項(xiàng)目，2021/11-2024/11，主持。

2. 光遺傳學(xué)基因表達(dá)調(diào)控系統(tǒng)在雙特異性抗體癌癥治療中的應(yīng)用研究，福建省科技創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合資金項(xiàng)目，2019/09-2022/09，主持。

3. 基于STIM1-Orai1相互作用新型光控分子開關(guān)的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用，福建省自然科學(xué)基金（面上）項(xiàng)目，2018/04-2021/04，主持。
