科研簡介：

主要從事腫瘤標(biāo)記物的發(fā)現(xiàn)與潛在治療靶點的應(yīng)用研究，涉及基因組學(xué)，分子生物學(xué)，細(xì)胞學(xué)等多個相關(guān)交叉領(lǐng)域。通過分子生物學(xué)實驗方法以及高通量基因組研究方法，發(fā)現(xiàn)在腫瘤細(xì)胞形成、增殖和轉(zhuǎn)移過程中起到關(guān)鍵作用的相關(guān)蛋白并對其進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究，從中挖掘可用于藥物治療的新型腫瘤標(biāo)記物。
