科研簡(jiǎn)介: 主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)椋?/span> (1)無(wú)細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄翻譯系統(tǒng) Cell-free transcription-translation systems; (2)基因回路與生物探測(cè)器 Genetic circuits and biosensors; (3)蛋白質(zhì)高通量表達(dá)和篩選 High-throughput screening of proteins/enzymes. Our group mainly focuses on prototyping and building novel biological circuits in both cell-free systems and cells, and using synthetic biology tools to advance the discovery of new enzymes.
