科研簡介: 主要利用傳統生理生態學以及先進的分子生物學、轉錄組學和基因組學等方法進行海洋浮游植物分子生態學、海洋菌藻互作以及海洋生態漁業方面的研究。主持國家自然科學基金面上和青年基金各1項、博士后面上項目1項、福州市市校(院所)科技合作項目1項,發表SCI論文十幾篇,包括 Science, The ISME Journal, Environmental microbiology, Bioresource Technology, Frontiers in microbiology, 以及 Harmful Algae等。 |
