        科研簡介:針對(duì)肝癌早期診斷困難、治療手段匱乏、療效不佳等瓶頸問題,開發(fā)基于功能生物材料的載體系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)小分子化療藥物、siRNA/CRISPR-Cas9/核酸疫苗等靶向遞送,用于肝癌的低毒、高效治療。已在Advanced Science, Molecular Therapy, iScience, Nano-Micro Letters, Theranostics, Advanced Healthcare Materials等國際刊物發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、中國博士后面上資助、福建省衛(wèi)生教育聯(lián)合攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目、福建省自然科學(xué)基金、福建省科技創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合資金項(xiàng)目、福建省衛(wèi)計(jì)委中青年骨干人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目、福建省衛(wèi)計(jì)委青年科研課題、福州市科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。入選“福建省高層次人才”,“福建省青年拔尖人才”,“福州市高層次引進(jìn)人才”,“福州市閩都英才”等計(jì)劃。
